花建教授
著名文化产业专家,
上海社会科学院文化产业研究中心主任、研究员、北京大学文化产业研究院研究员,
上海国际文化学会副会长、《上海文化产业蓝皮书》执行主编,
长期从事文化产业、创意经济、文化贸易、城市文化、企业文化等研究和决策服务。
花建教授担任国家社会科学基金重大项目“增强我国文化整体实力和竞争力研究”首席专家,先后领衔承担了世界银行、国家社科基金、国家部委和省市区政府、世界500强企业委托的30多个重点项目,如“上海迪斯尼乐园文化发展研究”、 “印象刘三姐文化产业总体评估和前瞻研究”、“浙江横店影视产业实验区发展规划”等。
出版《文化软实力-全球化背景下的强国之道》等10多部专著,
完成横店、桂林、佛山、顺德、南海、平湖、太仓、芜湖、长兴、肥城、石林等20多项区域文化产业规划,
荣获“文化部文化产业优秀课题一等奖”、“上海市第四、第五、第十、第十一届邓小平理论研究和宣传优秀成果奖”等重要奖项。
花建教授先后撰写成都市和上海市申报联合国教科文组织创意城市UNESCO Creative City的报告,并亲赴联合国教科文组织总部(巴黎)陈述,获得圆满成功。时任联合国贸发会议创意经济总监桑托斯博士撰文赞扬:“我很高兴多年来与花建教授的交往,多次与他就创意经济的发展有过深入交流。花建教授作为国际文化产业的著名学者,在中国和世界多个城市从事研究和实践,卓有成就”。
Hua Jian, Professor, Director of Culture Industry Research Center in Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS) and Researcher of Institute of Culture Industry (ICI) in Beijing University, Vice President of Shanghai International Cultural Society, Executive Chief Editor of Shanghai Cultural Industry Blue Book,famous expert in the cultural and creative industries. His research field covers cultural industry, creative economy, international cultural trade, urban culture strategy and relevant decision-making consultation.
Prof. Hua Jian was the principal expert of the major project of the National Social Science Foundation: "Strengthening the overall strength and competitiveness of China's Culture", completed more than 20 key research projects entrusted by World Bank, ministries, provinces and cities successful. He published more than 10 his own academic books such as "Cultural Soft Power: The way of powerful countries at the background of globalization", completed more than 20 regional cultural planning projects such as Hengdian, Guilin, Foshan, Shunde, Nanhai, Pinghu, Taicang, etc. He won the first prize of "Excellent Subject of Cultural Industry of the Cultural Ministry of China" and other important academic awards.
Prof. Hua Jian successfully led a team to write the application report and helped the Chinese cities of Chengdu and Shanghai entering the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. Dr. Edna dos Santos-Duisenberg, Chief creative economy program UNCTAD wrote and praised him: “I had the pleasure of meeting Prof. Hua Jian some years ago and in several occasions we have thoughtful in-depth discussions around the development dimension of the creative economy. As a well-known scholar of international cultural industries and creative economy, Prof. Hua Jian engaged in fruitful research and practice of cultural and creative industries in a number of cities in China and around the world.”
