戏剧/现场娱乐行业从业者，毕业于复旦大学管理学院，后在法国第戎高商就读文化企业及创意产业管理后回国从事戏剧及现场娱乐产业，主要工作范畴为战略规划、国际版权谈判、项目制作管理以及市场营销等。
自2015年开始跟进《不眠之夜》，作为项目组主要负责人全程参与了项目的开发、谈判、制作落地以及运营。截止2020年8月，演出达到1000场，项目总收入突破3亿，成为中国戏剧行业以及沉浸式领域的标杆作品。
赵晨琳同时作为项目主要负责人，负责带领团队制作及运营了沉浸式项目《秘密影院》上海版、原版音乐剧《摇滚学校》、《芝加哥》中国巡演、中文版音乐剧《周日恋曲》以及即将到来的原版音乐剧《剧院魅影》中国巡演等多个重量级项目。
Zhao Chenlin graduated from the School of Management of Fudan University, and later
studied Management of Culture Enterprise and Creative Industry in ESC Dijon, France. She
has since been working in theatre and live entertainment in China. She specialises in strategic planning, international copyright negotiations, production management and marketing.
Since 2015, she has been the associate producer of Sleep No More in China. She developed, negotiated, and produced the show’s Shanghai adaptation. Since its debut in Dec 2016, Sleep No More Shanghai production has reached 1,000 performances and a total box office income of more than 300 million CNY in 3 years. It has become the benchmark in Chinese immersive theatre.
Zhao also produced Secret Cinema Shanghai adaptation and the mandarin production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Tell Me on a Sunday. She has brought many international tour of musical theatre productions into China, including “School of Rock”, “Chicago” and etc. She now is working on “The Phantom of the Opera" tour which is planned to open in China in 2021.
